Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Dr. Bryant Aesthetics for your cosmetic needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our patients, we have established the following terms and conditions:

BOOKING FEE POLICY

A booking fee is required to secure any appointment. Below is an indication of the payment required:

Consultation with Dr Bryant: £30 (this fee is redeemable against in-house aesthetic clinical treatments with Dr Bryant, provided the treatment is carried out within 6 months of the consultation)

Full payment of the booking fee is required upon booking, to secure an appointment. If a patient wishes to cancel their appointment and they have given the required 24 working hours’ notice, a refund may be granted.

Treatment appointments: a non-refundable part payment of 25% of the appointment fee (or £100 for certain treatment courses, such as chemical peels and Microneedling) is required to secure your treatment booking. This payment is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made within the designated cooling off period (see below).

COOLING OFF PERIOD

We understand that circumstances may change or you may change your mind. We offer a 72-hour cooling off period, starting from the time of booking. During this period, you have the right to cancel your treatment appointment and receive a full refund of your 25% part payment.

If you decide to cancel your appointment within the cooling off period, please notify us in writing by email or by speaking to one of our reception team.

If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 72 hour cooling off period, the 25% part payment becomes non-refundable. However, you can transfer the part payment to a future appointment within 6 months of the original appointment, subject to availability and at the clinic's discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings at Dr. Bryant Aesthetics require a strict 24 working hours' (1 working day) notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Failure to provide the required notice or failure to turn up to your appointment will result in the automatic forfeiture of the booking fee or part payment.

If you have prepaid for a course of treatments and fail to give 24 working hours' (1 working day) notice to cancel an appointment, that specific treatment will be forfeited from the course.

If you need to cancel your appointment, and provide longer notice (more than 24 working hours notice before the scheduled appointment time), your part payment can be used towards future treatment within 6 months of the original appointment. The rescheduled treatment must be of equal or greater value than the original treatment. Any difference in cost will be communicated and adjusted accordingly.

REFUND POLICY

The booking fee or ‘part payment’ is non-refundable and non-transferable within the 24 hours’ notice period. The only exception is if the patient is deemed medically unsuitable for treatment by a doctor or their aesthetic practitioner. Under these circumstances the pre payment fee may be refunded.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and a decision will be made at the discretion of the clinic.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process (depending on the original payment method) and cash refunds are not given.

Dr Bryant Aesthetics will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith or refunds on treatments if the patient has had an adverse reaction to treatment.

EXCEPTIONS

In rare circumstances, such as unforeseen clinic closures or emergencies, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and work with you to find a suitable alternative. In the event of cancellation by the clinic, your 25% part payment will be fully refunded if we can’t find a mutually convenient alternative.

If you are deemed medically unsuitable for treatment by a doctor or your aesthetic practitioner, the pre payment fee may be refunded at the clinics discretion. We may ask for proof of your medical unsuitability before authorising any refunds.

CONSULTATION VALIDITY

The consultation fee is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of your initial consultation.

If you decide to proceed with a clinical treatment within this time frame, the booking fee will be deducted from the total cost.

CHILD POLICY

In accordance with our professional registration, children under the age of 18yrs are not permitted in the aesthetic clinic. You may bring a child with you to the practice, as long as they are supervised by another adult and they must wait in the waiting room. Please be aware that if you do bring a child with you and they are not able to wait in the reception waiting room, you will automatically forfeit your treatment and associated pre payment or booking fee.

We do not treat anyone under the age of 18.

LIABILITY

It is the patient's responsibility to provide Dr. Bryant Aesthetics with all relevant medical details before each treatment. Failure to disclose such details may result in complications, for which Dr. Bryant Aesthetics will not be liable.

CONSENT

All patients will be required to sign an informed consent prior to undergoing any treatment.

By booking a consultation or scheduling a clinical treatment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with our policies as outlined above.

You also consent to receive the proposed treatment(s) and understand the potential risks and benefits associated with the procedure(s).

TREATMENT RESULTS

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, individual outcomes may vary.

We cannot guarantee specific results, as the effectiveness of treatments can be influenced by various factors, including individual physiology and lifestyle choices.

COMPLAINTS

Dr Bryant Aesthetics endeavours to treat all its patients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at the clinic you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either in person, by telephone or in writing. Complaints in the first instance should be made to your clinician. Alternatively you may ask to speak with the Complaints Manager (Jackie Hoddinott) in order to discuss your concerns. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will do our best to investigate your complaint locally within 28 days.

Please take the time to review these policies before proceeding with your appointment. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact our staff at Dr Bryant Aesthetics. We look forward to providing you with exceptional care and helping you achieve your aesthetic goals.
